  • Peace Panel featuring local peace activists Terry Rumsey,
    Anna Grant, Bob Smith, Robin Lasersohn , Johanna Sibbett, and Fran DiDomenicis, speaking on “What can we DO to end the war?”
  • Peace Concert featuring Tom Mullian, Meat Rainbow, Bobby Cool and Friends, Very Important Businessmen, and Kenny Con Queso

May 23, Friday evening, 7:00 pm

  • Congressman Joseph Sestak, will talk on the current
    state of the Iraqi/Afghanistan occupations, U.S. involvement, and what he sees happening in these areas after the fall election. •
  • Panel discussion on “What can we DO to end the war?” featuring panel members listed above.
  • Light refreshments to follow.

May 24, Saturday morning and afternoon
10:00 am

  • Peace March from Media Friends Meeting to
    Providence Friends Meeting

11:00 am–4:00 pm

  • Dedication of the Peace Pole and Peace Garden, presentation of the PeaceWay Award to local peace activist Robin Lasersohn,
  • plus food, and
  • lots of music (Tom Mullian, and four awesome bands)
