Peace Panels . . . morning: Local religious leaders talk abouttheir faith-based organizations traditions of peace and social action and what they are engaged in today. afternoon: Bob Edgar, former congressman and current executive director of Common Cause, and Congressman Joseph Sestak speak on “Building Sustainable Peace in the World.”

Peace Garden honoring the 219 Pennsylvanians killed in Iraq.

Peace Pole reminding us all to help peace prevail.

Peace Labyrinth, a walk for inner peace.

Peace Art and Fun by the children of our community showing us their vision; plus face painting and create-your-own peace crafts.

PeaceWay Award honoring two of our most
dedicated local peace activists, Tom Mullian and Sue Edwards.

Music for the whole family featuring Atiba’s Dream & Makin’ Music!

9:30 am

• Peace Panel featuring local religious leaders and presentation of the PeaceWay Award to local peace activists

11:30 am–1:00 pm

• Lunch, concert, and other activities

1:00–3:00 pm

• Bob Edgar, former Congressman and current Executive Director of Common Cause will speak on how citizens can make peace in the world
• Congressman Joseph Sestak, will talk on the current state of the Iraqi/Afghanistan occupations, U.S. withdrawal, and what he sees happening in these areas
