Providence Meeting Peace and Social Action Committee periodically sponsors peace vigils.

• On January 1, 2007, we had a vigil commemorating the 3,000 U.S. soldier to die in the war in Iraq.
• On March 24, 2008, we had a vigil commemorating the 4,000 U.S. soldier to die in the war in Iraq.
